Tom's exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication to patient care, and lasting impact on home care and hospice services in Illinois make him a most deserving recipient of this prestigious honor. Tom served as the Executive Director of Quad County Home Health, Hospice, and DME where he demonstrated an extraordinary ability to lead with compassion, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to the care of patients, their families, and the dedicated team members who worked alongside him. Tom was an active and valued member of the Illinois HomeCare & Hospice Council, where he contributed his expertise, insights, and passion for advancing home health services across the state. Through his involvement with the Council, Tom worked tirelessly to improve home care policies, advocate for enhanced patient care, and support the professional development of individuals in the industry. |
