What is the IHHC Annual Conference?
The IHHC Annual Conference and Exposition honors home care and hospice providers in Illinois and their commitment to this industry. It is also a time when we can share the latest information, strengthen our connections, and discover innovative ways to serve our patients and families!
Continuing Education
CE credits will be provided by Oakton Community College. Target Audience: Registered Nurses, Licensed Social / Clinical Social Workers, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists / Audiologists, Respiratory Care Practitioners and Nursing Home Administrators involved in the delivery of home health and hospice care.
