We all know healthcare is a personal industry. We often provide care for people who are experiencing challenges in their lives, recovering from an illness or procedure, a decline in skilled ability, or end of life care. Many of us enter the industry as a result of an experience that impacted us. Some of us hear a higher calling to serve. Each and every why helps make our industry stronger and moves our collective professions forward.

At the annual conference, you'll have the opportunity to refresh and reengage with your why. Our courses will arm you with the latest industry knowledge so you can confidently navigate a rapidly changing system. You'll learn about burnout reduction so you can stay engaged in a career you love. We'll cover how to utilize emerging technologies like AI and SOC workflows to make your day-to-day a bit less complicated. Dive into what motivates different generations as we experience an evolving workforce and hone your leadership skills, so you're prepared for your next step. Learn what's on the horizon for our industry so you can be ready for what's next.

You'll also get the opportunity to share your why with us. Your story is important and we want to share it so the roots of our industry can dig deeper and we can grow collectively.
