Directions for Submission

There are tremendous changes taking place within the home care, private duty, and hospice fields. IHHC is committed to bringing leaders together to share, grow, and learn. We are asking you to join us as a speaker for our 2019 Annual Conference, March 6-7, 2019.

Proposals will be reviewed by the Education Committee in early October and selected speakers will be contacted soon after the selection process is complete. Download the pdf submission form below.

What is the IHHC Annual Conference?

The IHHC Annual Conference and Exposition is a celebration that honors home care and hospice providers in Illinois and their commitment to this industry. It is also a time when we can share the latest information in the field of home care and hospice, strengthen our connections, and discover innovative ways to serve our patients and families.
