Display Advertising Rate Card

The Communicator X-Press is a bi-weekly, 4-5 page faxed and/or emailed newsletter containing timely news of concern to the home health care industry. Published 24 times a year, circulation is 1,500 and the newsletter reaches employees and administrators of home care agencies within the state of Illinois and is posted on the IHCC website at www.ILhomecare.org.

The Communicator X-Press is published on 81/2 x 11'' paper. Other ad dimensions may be negotiated depending on space.

• An advertiser who purchases full page advertising will be noted as the issue's sponsor on the front page and the issue will include a short company description.
• There are 24 issues available for sponsorship.
• 4 of the 24 available issues may be sponsored annually; the 4 issues may be consecutive.

Placing an Ad in the IHCC Communicator X-Press:

Fill out the ad Insertion Form and submit it to IHCC headquarters. Please call IHCC headquarters for distribution dates and ad insertion deadlines. All ads must be prepaid by check or credit card (VISA, Mastercard only.) Click here to download the ad insertion form.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing via fax, postal mail or email, at least one week prior to publication. Cancellations made after this deadline are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
